Terms & Conditions

Each piece of jewelry is one-of-a-kind. Our stones are carefully chosen and almost always totally unique.  Because of this, designs are rarely duplicated. If you are interested in a piece you see here, please email us with details of your inquiry and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
When you place an order via this web site, all terms and conditions listed below apply. Please read them carefully.

Payment:  We accept Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. When paying with a check, your jewelry will be sent via insured priority mail after the check is received and cleared. Because this is NOT a secure server, please do not email us your credit card information. If you wish to pay with a credit card, we can arrange to contact each other by telephone.

Shipping:  We ship all packages via insured priority mail, unless otherwise arranged. Shipping fee is $15 for anything insured for over $200.  Shipping fee is $12 for anything $200 and under.  If the weight exceeds the postal limit of 1 pound, then it is calculated accordingly per the postal rates.

Returns:  No refunds. If you wish to return your jewelry you may exchange it for something different. In the case of exchanges where a price difference occurs, you are responsible for any cost over the originally purchased piece, including the cost of re-shipping.  In cases where the exchange would result in you receiving credit, you will be issued a certificate for the amount, good for up to two months after the date of the original purchase.  All inquiries concerning returns must be made within two weeks of the date the order was shipped, after this period all sales are final.

Repairs:  Unless a piece is determined to be defective, all repairs and alterations will be performed for a fee, including shipping. Please contact us for further information before returning any item for repair, alteration or replacement.
